Whippt Kitchen began as a dream in 2004 when Alison (pastry chef, cake designer & co-owner) decided to step away from her corporate life and follow her passion. After achieving her Baking & Pastry Arts Diploma, (graduating top of her class as valedictorian), she travelled to Italy, Belgium & Austria and continued her learning abroad. When returning to Calgary she started Whippt Kitchen in 2009 and six years later, joined forces with, now husband, Chef Andrew (culinary chef and co-owner). Together, they're building their company, with a focus on their joint love of delicious baking and cooking and have expanded to 2 locations in Calgary and an online store. Their business, brand and beautiful baked goods and cooking have been featured in; Blush Magazine, Confetti Magazine, Today's Bride, Brontë Bride, Weddingbells Magazine, Avenue Magazine, CTV News, The Calgary Herald and many more.
